UK -Transport News Network -2 June 2006: -- Midlands based recycling and municipal hire company, WCR Vehicle Hire Ltd. has taken delivery of a new Renault Midlum 222.12 4x2 from Renault Trucks, South West... Fitted with a bin lift to create a 'mini dustcart', the Midlum's smaller size means it can manoeuvre into previously inaccessible areas, as well as avoiding the potential 'snarl ups' which can be caused by larger refuse and recycling collection vehicles - an important step in easing city centre congestion... The vehicle will be used as part of WCR's own fleet and will undertake collection of recycling materials, such as glass, plastic and newspapers from residential areas for WCR's kerbside operation...
