HILLSBORO, Va.,USA -Associated Press/Daily Press -Jan 16, 2006: -- In fast-growing Loudoun County, law enforcement officials have been grappling with one of the consequences of development: unsafe trucks... As new residential and commercial developments pop up, speeding and overburdened trucks have become more of a problem, prompting local officials to weigh stronger penalties and even an outright ban in the town of Hillsboro...
