Local Truck Business Hurt By Alleged Illegal Juarez DriversEl Paso,TX,USA -KFOXtv.com -Nov 4, 2005: -- Local truck drivers say they're losing money everyday because their counterparts in Juarez are coming over and illegally taking their business... Everyday at local rail yards El Paso truck drivers say bad business is taking place when these Juarez drivers pick up loads and deliver them within the city... This El Paso driver says these foreign trucks charge less to deliver a load, so companies tend to hire them... The Texas Department of Public Safety says unfortunately they know it is a big problem, but it is difficult for them to keep track of these trucks because after theyre checked at the border they have no way to know how long theyre staying or where they deliver...
