LONDON, UK -Reuters -Sep 28, 2005: -- Not saying "sorry" and getting angry after an accident is costing motorists millions of pounds because a lack of contrition prompts some drivers to exaggerate insurance claims, a survey from Norwich Union said on Wednesday...
