The website offers a way for professionals in the industry to post reviews and ratings for carriers and the brokers who connect them with the businesses that have products to ship.
There is some information online that can help carriers and brokers make better decisions. For instance, the federal government maintains and publishes information on licensing, safety and inspections of trucking companies through the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
