-- The Canadian trucking industry is facing a “bumpy” 2016 as a weak economy and too much capacity weigh on freight rates, according to a new analysis from RBC Capital Markets... RBC analyst Walter Spracklin said, The trucking industry is facing many of the same difficulties as railroads, which are also coping with shrinking freight volumes and pricing pressure. However, trucking has the additional challenge of excess capacity, which has remained at elevated levels due to low fuel prices...
