Sacramento,CAL,USA -Fleet Owner -Nov. 6, 2012: -- A Hino Trucks diesel-electric hybrid cabover has been approved for participating in the California Air Resources Board (CARB) California Hybrid and Zero-Emission Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Program (HVIP)... Hino’s model-year Class 5 195h diesel-electric hybrid is now eligible for incentives, the company said... HVIP is an incentive program created by CARB to accelerate the deployment of hybrid and zero-emission medium- and heavy-duty vehicles in the state...
