Radiators and condensers for the Volvo VN, International ProStar, and Mack Vision will be released later this year... The KCP radiators and a/c condensers are 100% aluminum including the core, side supports and tanks. The core utilizes a “fully patented wavy style fin built in a bar and plate configuration”... The all aluminum configuration has several advantages over plastic tank or copper brass replacement, the company said... According to the company, the design flexibility as a result of working with only one type of metal eliminates tube to header joint failures...
