RULES * USA - EPA Proposing Stricter Limits on Pollution-Forming Ozone

New rules would determine quality of air for at least a decade

EPA standards would limit air ozone to 60 - 70 parts per billion for any 8-hour period, down from 75 ppb... EPA's move ensures state and local governments would face much stricter air quality test in years ahead.
