FATAL ACCIDENT * UK - Demand to test foreign truckers
London,UK -BBC News -2 Oct 2009: -- The family of a couple killed in a crash with a Hungarian lorry driver are calling for overseas drivers working in Britain to have to pass a UK test... Kenneth Davies, 79, and his wife Daisy, 77, from Welshpool, Powys, died in April 2008 when Istvan Kotorman's vehicle cut across their path... Kotorman was given a suspended jail term after he admitted causing death by careless driving at Mold Crown Court... The couple's three sons have said the sentence was "ridiculously light"...
