Centreville,VA,USA -Centre View/Connection Newspapers, by Bonnie Hobbs -June 12, 2009: -- While hauling trash last week from Leesburg to Prince George’s County, Md., Charles E. Boone Jr. was directed by police to pull over, along Route 28 in Centreville. There, in the parking lot of E.C. Lawrence Park, officers with Fairfax County’s Motor Carrier Safety Unit inspected his truck... They looked under the hood and examined it from one end to the other. And when they were done, Pfc. Dan Johnson placed an "Out of Service" sticker on it. The truck was then towed away for repairs... If the leaf spring’s U bolts are loose, the axle will shift, causing a dangerous condition)
