SPEED LIMITERS * Canada - Divisive among truckers

So says the executive director of the Owner-Operator's Business Association of Canada (OBAC) who said in an interview Friday the Ontario government has been ill advised on the speed limiter law and its enforcement... With 23 states and several provinces where the speed limit is higher than 105 km/h, suggested Ms. Ritchie, truckers will be less likely to want to comply with Ontario's regulation... The inspections that will be required to ensure compliance also raise questions about privacy and who owns engine data, she said...
