Stuttgart,Germany -The Associated Press/Michigan News -8 Dec 2008: -- Carmaker Daimler AG is considering cutting working hours at all its plants in Germany as demand drops, a spokeswoman told the Associated Press Monday... The company said it might widen plans to slow production beyond those already being considered for the Mercedes operations in Sindelfingen, Berlin, Bremen and Duesseldorf, spokeswoman Nicole Kicherer said... She said the company's management and labor representatives were now discussing the matter at all of the company's production locations and managers were meeting with employees Monday at the Sindelfingen and Stuttgart-Untertuerkheim plants to discuss the matter...
