* Qatar - 24 Nov: Qatar Shipping Co. announced the pending acquisition of Qatar Navigation Q.S.C. Qatar Navigation provides marine transport services in the State of Qatar and United Arab Emirates. Qatar Navigation had TTM revenue of $315.2 million. Terms were not disclosed.
* Malaysia - 24 Nov: Silk Holdings Berhad announced the pending acquisition of Jasa Merin (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd for $24.0 million. Jasa Merin provides offshore support services to the Malaysian oil and gas industry.
* Germany - 25 Nov: Alfons Greiwing GmbH has acquired Asam Spedition Transporte GmbH ("ASTG"). ASTG provides logistics services from its base in Aichach, Germany. Terms were not disclosed.
* The Netherlands - 25 Nov: DailyFresh Logistics CV has acquired Internationaal Transportbedrijf Gebrs. In't Veen B.V. ("ITGIV"). ITGIV provides logistics services from its base in Nieuwe Tonge, Netherlands. Terms were not disclosed.
* Germany - 27 Nov: NedBahnen Deutschland GmbH has acquired Abellio GmbH, a Star Capital Partners portfolio company. Based in Essen, Germany, Abellio provides public bus and railway transportation. Abellio had TTM revenue of $131.4 million. Terms were not disclosed.
US Domestic Deals
* 24 Nov: WM Healthcare Solutions, Inc. has acquired Spectrum Environmental Solutions, Inc. ("SES"). SES provides medical waste disposal services from its base in Escondido, CA. Terms were not disclosed.
