Reporter Ina Jaffe interviewed a trucker who said he used to work 60 hours a week, but now works about half that. A part-time dock worker said she worked four or five shifts a week last year, but is now down to about one shift a month... And, a trade association official estimates that cargo volumes are down 10 to 20 percent...
