New York,NY,USA -Traffic World -24 Oct 2008: -- UPS and DHL are scaling down the size and scope of a potential linehaul agreement that was to have been worth an estimated $10 million... UPS chief executive officer Scott Davis told Wall Street analysts he still hopes to have a deal "before the end of the year" but the agreement won't be the one the companies described in a May announcement... Getting the deal done before the end of the year seems desirable. "Both parties are negotiating in good faith at this point in time but I think sooner is better than later," Davis said...
