Even professional drivers didn't want to risk being in the elements Wednesday as the latest storm blew through the southern part of the viewing area with wind-blown snow

* A long haul and busy season for road crews

The Ada County Highway District has 50 crews working on-call 24 hours a day when snow is in the forecast... The dynamic Winter calls for crews to come out and about early before the storm hits and continue runs throughout the day to make sure roads are covered with sand when high snow accumulation blankets the streets... This season has been extra busy for Debbie and the truck she drives is turning into her second home...
