* Kenan Advantage Group to buy Transport Service
USA -eTrucker -25 Feb 2008: -- Kenan Advantage Group, the nation's largest bulk transportation and logistics provider to the petroleum and niche chemical industries, announced an agreement to buy Transport Service Co... TSC, founded in 1946 and headquartered in Oak Brook, Ill., supplies bulk distribution to the chemical and food products industries. The company has 18 terminals and about 750 employees, including 525 company drivers. The TSC fleet includes 550 company-owned tractors, 90 owner-operated tractors and 1,300 specialized stainless-steel trailers.
