More than a Truck Stop * USA - Ex-trucker hopes to build family-friendly plaza

Greenwood Township, St. Clair County, MI,USA- The Port Huron Times Herald (Port Huron,MI), by SHANNON MURPHY -6 Nov 2007: -- ... So Foster, who is the executive director of Bridge Builders Counseling in Port Huron, dreamed up his own truck stop, complete with services such as dentist offices, chiropractors, a church and restaurants... "I want to create a place that is meeting the spiritual and physical needs," he said. "I want it to be for the mind, body and soul of the driver"... Up now, "You feel like a squatter when you finally find a spot"... Foster envisions his plaza would include food courts, miniature golf, batting cages and coffee lounges... "It's more than just a stop in to get gas and a Coke"...
