Corpus Christi ,TX,USA -Land Line Magazine -November 02, 2007: -- On Thursday, Nov. 1, enrollment was opened for approximately 6,000 workers at the port. The program will issue each worker a biometric identification card that must be presented to gain access to the port... The Port of Wilmington in Delaware was the first port to begin enrollment in the program back in mid-October...
