TRUCKER'S STORY * USA - 50 years of trucking makes family proud

Ormsby,MN,USA - The St. James Plaindealer (St. James,MN), by Beverly J. Olson -September 5, 2007: -- On Saturday, Aug. 25, Roger Markeson was surprised when he was escorted to the new Ormsby City Hall and over 30 fellow truckers and friends were there to present him with a Golden Achievement Award from the American Truck Historical Society, for giving over 50 years of dedicated service to the trucking industry. According to the award, “His efforts have contributed much, through many changes and advancements to make trucking what it is today”... Right now, Markeson is working for Transport Design, hauling Malt-O-Meal products west and northwest...
