Safety and trucking experts are calling 2007 "the summer of the rollover"
Toronto,ONT,CAN -The Toronto Star -Sep 05, 2007: -- Truck-related accidents have caused so much havoc on Toronto-area roads recently that insider terms such as "speed limiters" and "roll stabilizers" – devices designed to make trucks safer – are grabbing headlines... But teaching motorists how to share the road and building up the professionalism of the trucking industry would be at least as effective as high-tech safety equipment in reducing the carnage and commuter chaos, say industry insiders...
