* Colombia - Hino forms venture to build trucks in
Tokyo,Japan -Automotive News (UK), by Stephen Downer -August 3, 2007: -- Japanese vehicle maker Hino Motors Ltd. has formed a joint venture to build trucks in Colombia... According to a press release on Hino's Web site on Wednesday, Aug. 1, the new joint venture, named Hino Motors Manufacturing Colombia SA, will build an assembly plant in Cota, Colombia. Production at the plant, which will employ 170 workers on one shift, is set to start in September 2008, the company said... * UK - Iveco wins order for 170 Daily vans
