* New Zealand - Stuck truckers upset by lack of weather warning
Dunedin ,New Zealand -TV3 -10 Jun 2007: -- Dunedin truck drivers are upset that adequate warnings were not given about road conditions... The city's northern motorway was closed for most of this morning by ice and snow leaving some truck drivers and motorists stranded for up to four hours... The motorway is one of only three routes out of Dunedin to the north. But because it is part of state highway one it gets high priority... Transit New Zealand's mission is to keep it open twenty four hours a day and it had grit trucks in place by 4:00am this morning...
