Inside the Outdoors will feature Highway Watch training and recruitment information during its daily broadcasts... Highway Watch uses the skills, experience and "road smarts" of America's transportation workers to help prevent terrorists from using large vehicles or hazardous cargoes as weapons and to help protect America's critical highway infrastructure... The program is administered by ATA using grants from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security...
