Starting in April, the government is going to equip trucks that carry hazardous materials with devices that would allow authorities to remotely shut down the engines... The one-year trial period starts in April. Since July 2005, the government's been using global positioning devices to track the exact locations of all vehicles carrying toxic, corrosive or flammable materials...
