Toronto,ONT,CAN -The Pittsburgh Business Times (Pittsburgh,PA, USA) -2 Oct 2006: -- Trucking company Vitran Corp. has acquired Pjax Freight System for $132 million... Toronto-based Vitran said the deal for the Pittsburgh-based freight carrier will expand its U.S. network... Vitran will pay $80.3 million in cash for Pjax, plus $26.5 million of assumed debt, $13.2 million in stock and holdbacks totalling $12 million payable over the next 365 days...

* USA - Logistics industry could bring local jobs

Paris,France -BUSINESS WIRE -Sept 26, 2006: -- NetJets Europe today signed an order with Dassault Aviation for 24 Falcon 7X jets valued at US $1.1 billion... This transaction is the largest business jet order in European history and confirms NetJets Europe’s position as market leader. The deal is the second largest order ever and is Dassault’s largest ever private jet sale. The 24 aircraft will be delivered over 6 years, starting in Q1 2008 through 2014...
