Australia -supply chain review -4 Oct 2006: -- Industry feedback on fatigue management regulations will result in changes to the controversial proposals, the National Transport Commission (NTC) has vowed... With the consultation now closed for the raft of changes put forward by the NTC, its Chairman Michael Deegan has promised the final outcome will provide flexibility for drivers and a fairer set of penalties for fatigue breaches... "We are listening," Deegan writes in a letter to stakeholders...
