GREEN BAY, Wisc,USA -Reuters, by Nick Carey -Oct 13, 2006: -- In the cab of the truck, Jim Brimberry holds out what looks like an oversized calculator -- a piece of equipment he says has revolutionized the way U.S. trucking companies manage their fleets... "With this we can monitor driver speed, how many hours they've worked and how long they've idled their engines for," said Brimberry, 60, a driver trainer at Schneider National Inc., the largest private U.S. truck company... With around 15,000 trucks, Schneider deals in long-haul services, which make up two thirds of the U.S. truck market...
