Cerberus may join a group led by Appaloosa Management LP in acquiring an interest in bankrupt Delphi, the biggest U.S. auto-parts supplier, according to five people with knowledge of the talks who didn't want to be named because they are private. Cerberus executives met with union leaders last month seeking their support for a possible bid, one of the people said...
