Portland,OR,USA -The Portland Business Journal -14 Sept 2006: -- The Portland Water Bureau, effective Sept. 26, is converting its fleet of diesel-powered vehicles to B99 -- a fuel more than 99 percent bio-diesel... The bureau's diesel-powered fleet has run on B20 (20 percent biodiesel/ 80 percent petroleum diesel) since August 2004...
