Production - Canada - Toyota to build Hino trucks in Ontario
Ontario,Canada -CBC News -6 Mar 2006: -- Toyota-subsidiary Hino has confirmed that it plans to open a truck assembly plant next to Toyota's new auto factory in Woodstock, Ont... The plant is expected to employ 45 people when the production starts in April 2008... The company plans to assemble 2,000 mid-size straight trucks a year at the new factory, according to the Detroit News. These popular vehicles are most often used for inner-city deliveries...
