Replacing the Auto America Group is ZAP (Zero Air Pollution), which has acquired a 20-percent stake in the Brazilian company, which is located in the Greater Rio de Janeiro area... The contract between Obvio! and ZAP maintains the original plans of exporting up to 50,000 cars per year to the U.S. in 2008, beginning with 17,000 in 2006 for two models: the 012 (a three-seater) and the 828/2 (a two-seater).
