Jodi Rell Tuesday ordered that all trucks owned by American Crushing & Recycling of Bloomfield have their registrations suspended, grounding its entire fleet... The governor's move came after she learned that another American Crushing & Recycling truck had been pulled over by West Hartford police Friday because of safety violations and because it was 18,000 pounds overweight...
