WEATHER TROUBLES * USA: 70 mph winds

* Nevada - 70 Mph winds topple trucks, spur Las Vegas power outages

--- A spring storm packing winds gusting in excess of 70 mph overturned semi-trailer trucks, toppled trees and sent power lines down onto cars near the Las Vegas Strip on Thursday, snarling traffic and causing widespread power outages... The Nevada Highway Patrol blamed the wind for two tractor-trailer rollover crashes, including one that blocked U.S. Interstate 15 near the St. Rose Parkway overpass just south of Las Vegas and one on the overpass itself... Both trucks were traveling empty, and neither driver was reported to be seriously hurt, Trooper Jason Buratczuk said. He said another big rig rollover was reported on U.S. 95 in the Nye County community of Pahrump...
