** North Carolina / USA - Volvo, Mack renew contract partnership with Decisiv/ASIST 

 --- Volvo Trucks and Volvo-owned Mack Trucks each have renewed their contracts with Decisiv, the provider of ASIST, a Web-based tool that enables real-time communication between customers, dealers and service personnel... “One of the ways we maximize vehicle uptime is by providing fleet customers with real-time actionable information in order to make the best possible repair decisions,” said Conal Deedy, director of connected vehicle services for Volvo Trucks. “The ASIST tool seamlessly integrates with our Remote Diagnostics telematics platform to quickly and effectively communicate information to our customers and dealers concerning monitored service events” ... Volvo and Decisiv have collaborated on ASIST for more than 10 years. The first iteration came in the form of an estimating tool for dealers, but since then, ASIST has progressed to become an essential component of Volvo’s uptime service offerings...
