TRUCKS MARKETS * Australia - * Ireland

* Victoria - Truck sales steady

-- 2015 has been a year of mixed results for the truck manufacturers in Australia, according to the latest truck sales figures published by the Truck Industry Council (TIC)... Van sales continued to run close to 30 per cent up on last year, with 672 new delivery and trades vans hitting the road... With 68 vans sold in June, the Italian brand at least made up for the seven per cent lag in May... The combined truck and van sales in June added up to 3,447 new vehicles, which took the first half total to 15,140 for an overall commercial vehicle market growth of 5.4 per cent...
