DAMAGED TRUCKS * Australia: $500,000 fire damage to trucks

* Western Australia - Deliberately lit fires

-- Detectives have appealed for information from the public to help find the people responsible for deliberately lit fires that destroyed trucks at a Bassendean business at the weekend... Police were called to the Railway Parade property about 7.20am yesterday and found trucks and trailers alight... The Department of Fire and Emergency Services attended to extinguish the fires... Five trucks and three semi-trailers were caught up in the blaze, which caused an estimated $500,000 damage... Midland Detectives are asking people to come forward with information that could lead to finding those responsible...
