STUCK TRUCKS * Australia: Is human error to blame?

Are Melbourne truckies height challenged? 

-- With Thursday morning rush hour made all the heavier by another heavy vehicle wedged under another Melbourne bridge, we're wondering where the fault lies. Is poor signage or design to blame?
