The warranty, which is a 5-year/250,000-mi. Cummins PP1 extended engine warranty, is available on model year 2012 and 2013 vehicles... To qualify for the program, trucks must be warranty registered and sold between Aug. 30, 2012, and Dec. 31, 2012...

* Nevada - More SEMA Previews: Ram, Jeep, ICON
Las Vegas,USA -Pickup Trucks, by Mark Williams -October 1, 2012: ... The SEMA Show this year: Chrysler's Mopar division will bring several concept project play-toys to gauge consumer reaction; the two most interesting look to be a Jeep and a Ram. Built by a group of gearheads called the Mopar Underground, Mopar Performance has released these teaser sketches that don't tell us much but do offer some hints...
We're hoping the Jeep has a bed behind it, and the Ram hood looks to be the front end of a new SRT possibility. At this point, we can only hope... But the big truck makers aren't the only ones that can get big attention at a show like this one. There are plenty of smaller, creative shops that do a fantastic job of building cool trucks, too...
One such example comes from a small company in Southern California, called ICON 4x4, that literally builds classic 4x4s from scratch. Among ICON's current offerings are a classic Ford Bronco, Jeep CJ and Toyota FJ...
* Pennsylvania - Fire Truck Maker KME Announces Order

Nesquehoning,PA,USA -Fire Apparatus Magazine -5 Oct 2012: -- KME has announced that the City of Atlanta’s Fire Rescue Department has awarded KME, an order for seven custom pumpers and three 101-foot tractor-drawn aerials, as well as five-year service and maintenance contracts for the apparatus. The award is a multiyear award with options for future apparatus purchases... The pumpers will be built on KME’s Predator™ chassis and will include drive line retarders for superior stopping and brake life, two-stage 1,500-gpm pumps, 500/60 gallon water/foam tanks, Class A foam systems, and high-capacity hosebeds with low and safe access just above the frame rails...
