Detroit,MICH,USA -The Detroit News, by David Shepardson-March 28, 2012: -- A federal court judge in Detroit ruled in favor of Chrysler Group LLC in a long-running dispute with eight shuttered dealers, saying the company doesn't have to immediately reinstate them... In 2009, Chrysler decided to close a quarter of its dealer network or 789 of its nearly 3,200 dealers as part of its bankruptcy restructuring... Chrysler offered letters of intent to 50 former Chrysler dealers before arbitration, while another 32 dealers won arbitration. The letter of intent doesn't reinstate a dealership, but sets the framework for reaching an agreement on the terms to reopen...* Ontario, Canada - Toyota to invest $80M, add 400 jobs at Ontario plant
