* Ukrainia - 5 Feb: Ukrainian Auto Mobile Corporation announced the acquisition of a majority stake in OOO Asko-Expedition. Based in Kiev, Asko-Expedition provides domestic and international land, sea and rail transportation services. Terms were not disclosed.
* Australia - 8 Feb: Australian Container Freight Services Pty Ltd announced the acquisition of Freight Central. Freight Central provides freight container handling, transport and storage services with operating centers in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Terms were not disclosed.
* Belgium - 8 Feb: HOYER Group announced the acquisition of 20.1% of InterBulk Group plc. Based in Hamburg, InterBulk provides dry and liquid bulk intermodal solutions to the chemical, polymer, food and mineral industries worldwide. Terms were not disclosed.

* Denmark - 9 Feb: IAT A/S announced the acquisition of 69.0% of ADR Transport AS. ADR provides truck transport of gases and chemicals from its base in Greve, Denmark. Terms were not disclosed.
