* Cyprus - 1 Dec: Globaltrans Investment Plc announced the pending acquisition of 50.0% of Balttransservis OOO for $250.0 million. Based in St. Petersburg, Balttransservis provides rail transportation of petroleum products throughout Russia.
* Norway - 1 Dec: Torghatten ASA announced the pending acquisition of Sørlandsruta AS. Sørlandsruta provides bus transportation services from its base in Mandal, Norway. Terms were not disclosed.
* France - 1 Dec: Data Dynamic Systems Logistics announced the acquisition of Narval Logistics Software. Narval provides international transportation software from its base in Le Havre, France. Terms were not disclosed.
* Australia - 3 Dec: K&S Corp. Ltd. announced the pending acquisition of Pacific Transport. Based in Midland, Western Australia, Pacific Transport provides over-the-road transportation throughout Australia. Terms were not disclosed.

* Florida - 30 Nov: Saddle Creek Corporation announced the acquisition of ServiceCraft, LLC. Based in Buena Park, CA, ServiceCraft maintains a national transportation network and operates more than four million sq. ft. of ambient and temperature-controlled warehousing and distribution space throughout the US. * Connecticut - 1 Dec: Logistec USA Inc. announced the acquisition of the remaining 50.0% of BalTerm, L.L.P. Based in Baltimore, BalTerm provides stevedoring and warehousing services specializing in the handling of forest products. Terms were not disclosed.
* Ohio - 1 Dec: TMW Systems, Inc. announced the acquisition of Innovative Computing Corp. Innovative provides transportation management software to truckload carriers from its base in Brentwood, TN. Terms were not disclosed.
* Florida - 3 Dec: Acosta, Inc., a portfolio company of Chartwell Capital, announced the acquisition of selected assets of TrueDemand Software, Inc., a portfolio company of CMEA Capital and Mayfield Fund. Base in Los Gatos, CA, TrueDemand provides inventory management software. Terms were not disclosed.
* Minneapolis - 4 Dec: XATA Corp. announced the acquisition of Turnpike Global Technologies L.L.C. for $20.0 million. Based in Toronto, Turnpike provides on-board fleet management systems.
