* Australia - Major Hino purchase for training provider
Brisbane,QND,Australia -ATN -October 19, 2009: -- Queensland truck training provider Major Training Group has invested in new Hino rigs to teach the drivers of tomorrow... The business - one of the State's fastest-growing training organisations with three depots - will use the 700 Series trucks to train and certify potential heavy vehicle operators... Craig Anderson, Dealer Principal at Sci-Fleet Hino where the new trucks were delivered from, says Major is working at improving driving standards across all facets of the truck industry... “Major certify drivers of B-double trucks, but they have taken a wider approach, which goes much further than sitting in the truck and teaching someone how to change gears,” Anderson says...
