Truck and bus manufacturer Navistar today rolled out an all-electric delivery truck on Capitol Hill and said it plans to build 400 electrics next year at a plant in Wakarusa, Ind... Navistar's delivery truck would primarily be used in congested urban areas where stop-and-go driving would otherwise consume a large amount of fuel... Navistar introduced its commercial electric truck with the help of a $39 million grant from the U.S. Department of Energy...
