* Australia - 15 June: Toll Holdings Limited announced the pending acquisition of Perkins Group Holdings Pty. Ltd. Based in Darwin, Perkins provides land and sea logistics services to remote communities and resource industry customers in Australia and internationally. Terms were not disclosed.
* Holland -16 June: TNT NV announced the acquisition of Verlagsgruppe Georg Von Holtzbrinck GmbH. Holtzbrinck holds stakes in seven regional mail delivery companies in Germany. Terms were not disclosed.
* France - 17 June: Geodis SA announced the acquisition of Transports Rapides Bretons. Based in Saint Brieuc, France, Bretons provides transit and clearing of freight. Terms were not disclosed.
* Holland - 17 June: TNT NV announced the acquisition of 25.1% of Saarriva, a provider of mail delivery service in Germany. Terms were not disclosed.
* France - 18 June: Société Nationale des Chemins de fer Français announced the pending acquisition of an additional 15.1% of Novatrans S.A.... Novatrans provides railroad and intermodal transportation services from its base in Paris. Terms were not disclosed.
* Australia - 22 June: Roadships Holdings, Inc. announced the acquisition of Endeavour Logistics Pty Ltd. Based in Chipping Norton, Endeavour provides logistics consulting services to Australian based transportation companies. Terms were not disclosed.
* Hong Kong/China - 22 June: Fame Harvest (Hong Kong) Limited announced the pending acquisition of China Travel International Ltd. ("CTI") for $26.3 million. Based in Beijing, CTI provides travel and tour services throughout China.
* Canada - 22 June: Mercator Transport Group Corporation, a portfolio company of Vintage Growth Corp., announced the pending acquisition of SAS Trans Orient Services for $927,000. SAS provides international freight forwarding services from its base in Saint Quentin Fallavier, France.
* The Netherlands - 23 June: Den Hartogh Logistics announced the acquisition of Extar B.V. Based in Rotterdam, Extar provides transportations services to the chemical and food industries. Terms were not disclosed.
* Singapore - 24 June: Keppel Logistics Pte. Ltd. announced the acquisition of a 21.1% stake in TradeOneAsia Pte Ltd. for $102,000. TradeOneAsia provides supply chain consulting services from its base in Singapore.
* USA - 26 June: United Parcel Service, Inc. and Haluk Undeger announced the pending acquisition of Unsped Paket Servisi Sanayi Ve Ticaret AS. Based in Turkey, Unsped provides freight forwarding services to the Middle East and Central and Southwest Asia. Terms were not disclosed.
* France - 26 June: SNCF Participations announced the acquisition of the remaining 50.4% of Groupe Ermewa S.A.,a portfolio company of Private Equity, S.A.S. Based in Geneva, Ermewa leases liquid and dry bulk rail cars and over-the-road trailers. Terms were not disclosed.

* Canada - 16 June: TransCanada PipeLines Limited announced the pending acquisition of the remaining 20.0% of Transcanada Keystone Pipeline, LP for $750.0 million. Based in Kansas City, Keystone transports crude oil from Canada to the Midwest-Great Plains region in the US.
* Pittsburgh, PA - 19 June: Liberty Tire Services, LLC, a portfolio company of American Securities Partners, announced the acquisition of Able Tire Disposal, LLC. Based in Houston, Able provides transportation and disposal of waste tires in Texas. Terms were not disclosed.
* Fort Lauderdale, FL - 19 June: Amerijet International, Inc., a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, announced the acquisition of SRX Transcontinental, Inc. Based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, SRX provides airline operation and management, cargo and passenger transportation, aircraft maintenance, freight forwarding and logistics, fueling and ground handling services. Terms were not disclosed.
