Sioux Falls,SD,USA -The Associated Press/The Trucker News, by DIRK LAMMERS -14 July 2009: -- Oil prices stayed around $60 a barrel Tuesday, as better-than-expected U.S. retail and wholesale price news out helped support early gains... Benchmark crude for August delivery rose 31 cents to $60 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. On Monday, the contract fell 20 cents to settle at $59.69... Doubts about the strength of the economy have left crude prices hovering around $60 a barrel for the last few days — pausing after a drop from an eight-month intraday high of $73.38 on June 30...
