Asheville,NC,USA-AP/ABC 13 News -February 10, 2009: -- A North Carolina plant that manufactures turbochargers for construction equipment and diesel trucks is laying off 140 workers because of the weak economy and slack sales... BorgWarner Turbo Systems in Arden said it will lay off the workers by the end of the week. The Asheville Citizen-Times reported Tuesday that the plant employs 650 workers...
