LAWS * USA - Anti-idling truck law goes into effect
Friday was a red-letter day for the Clean Air Board of Central Pennsylvania, as the legislation they fought for finally went into effect

The enactment of statewide legislation was sweet and long-awaited news for members of the Clean Air Board of Central Pennsylvania (CAB), which advocated such a bill for two years before it was passed in October 2008... CAB members aren’t the only people happy to see the new legislation go into effect.
