New York,NY,USA -Reuters, by Caroline Humer, & Lisa Von Ahn & Steve Orlofsky -Jan 16, 2009: -- YRC Worldwide Inc has received waivers from its lenders until mid-February as it negotiates increasing the debt ratios allowed by loan agreements, the trucking company said on Friday... YRC could be forced into bankruptcy if it fails to reach an agreement with lenders, misses those targets and defaults on its loans, Fitch Ratings said earlier this month when it downgraded the company's ratings... Fitch Ratings downgraded the company's bonds earlier this month due to concerns about YRC's prospects amid severe weakness in the U.S. freight market...
